I've always had great service from this location. They even help me out to my car as I am a senior and put my shopping into the car for me. During this time that I am in self-isolation, they were extremely helpful and took my order over the phone to have it ready for someone to pick it up for me on my behalf. And told me the total so that I could etransfer the amount to the person picking it up. They had everything I wanted, nothing was out of stock. Love going there.

I was here last week and they kept it open after closing time for ten extra minutes to let me browse, they weren't trying to rush me either. They have very clear ingredients and pride themselves in not filing everything with preservatives. There was limited soy in products so my wife was able to eat what I got.

These ladies saved my New Years Eve! They were about to close early when i called and stayed open for me because she said, and i quote you cant go without food tonight!" Very pleasent and helpful staff. Happy New Years to all the staff and their familes!"

Very helpful, with added suggestions. I avoid the one on 8th st., argumentative over inedible food. Travel many miles to shop at the outlet on the way to Biggar highway.Heavy boxes are carried out to my trunk. Excellent service !! It was suggested that maybe sugarless desserts might be added.

Horrible service, or should more like lack of service. Walked in to the store, two people working, they both looked at me, did say hello, can I help you or kiss my hurt. They completely ignored me and continued to have their conversation if it was supposed to rain or not. Walked up the side coolers and then in the centre coolers looking for what I was looking for. Finally, after the weather conversation was finished, they asked if I was looking for something. I asked if they had something in-particular, they “sold out” and would get more later.

Selection was good. Staff were helpful. Prices are a bit high, but that is what you expect going here. Everything we bought was really good when we cooked and ate it.

Love love love this store. Kensington M&M. Super friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience there. Not sure if she's the owner but she is the bomb.
