If I could rate it -1 star, I would. Went there tonight and the service was terrible the waiter took so long to come and serve the table and even longer after we ordered. I would see the drinks sitting at the bar for 15-20mins. The dynamite rolls were awful, the rice was mushy and the prawns were cold. the chili chicken dish was super dry. All the drinks were poorly made. One of my drinks was an espresso martini and it was the worst one I’ve ever had! It taste like plain black coffee with vodka. After all that horrible food experience and service.

So I brought my Mother for a nice lunch, so I get placed next to a family with kids in an empty restaurant. Then the kids pee and they get a worker to clean it up with a filthy stinky mop. I get a great meal but a horrible experience. I ordered a Taco meal that said I get 4 but I got 2. I couldn’t get the waitress to look at me because she was too interested in the Father of the family next to us. My first time to Earls, and I figure my last.

I had the pleasure of hosting a business meeting at Earl's over lunch. We were originally going to use the private room however we had more attendees than anticipated and the management offered us the entire dining room to utilize! We were very grateful that they were so accommodating, and on top of that of course we had a wonderful lunch and great service! Thank you!

Really great spot! I had the blackened chicken with hot potato salad and it was great. The chicken was done perfectly and the spice was a perfect mix between heat and flavor for me and I'm a person that doesn't handle spice well.

I had the Poke bowl and it was amazing. The rice is usually not too fancy in these dishes but theirs was amazing. I have no idea what they did to it but I loved it!And sorry I ate most of it before the photo :)

It was a lovely evening at Earls last night. Reserved for 12 people. Great music and food. Efficient staff who helped us from from ordering food down to food boxes and bags for take outs! For all ages. Worth the money!

Ordered steak & truffle tortellini which I have had B4 & it was great. This time the steak was okay but the rest was a flavourless water soaked, hot mess. The two waitresses on the floor appeared overwhelmed while a crowd of employees stood in the kitchen area chatting & running their hands through their hair. Only reason I tipped was I felt sorry for the gal serving she seemed to be totally out of her element & exhausted also the other two meals at our table were okay. Ate the meat off the top left the rest Dinning room is overlit noisy rundown & without ambience. Don't think I will be back. Better places in town to visit for a nice dinner out.
