Absolutely useless and unreliable. They were scheduled to load March 10 at 12pm and never showed up. Then they promised to be here the following day at 7am and never showed up. All you get from this low quality carrier is excuses and then more excuses. Don't waste your time on them.

Teach your drivers some first world road manners after importing them. On June 22, 2023, I found this at Love's Great Falls, MT, he finished fueling, pulled ahead and then he was squatting. I finished fueling up and approached the driver window. The (rocket pilot) was inside, I asked him to move if he had finished. He rolled away with the looks as he was giving the entire world a favor to be on the road.

I wish google have -5 rating as they don’t have so I’m giving one.They don’t care about times and commitments to driver, Can’t provide PO numbers to driver at appointment.

I've been working with Rocket Transport as an Owner Operator since the summer of 2017. There's a reason I'm still here three years later. I like the flexibility when it comes to how long I want to be out for, along with when I want to take time off. The company owners and staff have been great and make you feel like family. They're on a mission for me to make good money and are happy to see me walk out of the office with a big cheque. A lot of great contracts with big companies keep work busy. As much as I'd love to quit trucking or just try to find local work, I still think I'll be running long haul with Rocket for many years to come. Thanks guys!

I have been working with Rocket transport for 2.5 years now...they really got amazing Dispatch which works day and night...The owners and staff is very honest and helpful. Best company to make good$$$.They have Bunch of work for teams too.

Hi ,So I don’t know on what basis they gave license to drivers who even don’t know how to drive on highways . The guy whose trailer no. Is 813 he was literally trying to hit me twice. I have a video n all stuff . Be aware from this company’s trucks on highways .Bad experience
