Very pleased with Jason and his staff !My sump pump got jammed and sewer water came into our bedroom carpets and made the wall is wet. I called my insurance company and they promptly dispatched one of their“ preferred vendors “ when they showed up they spent the first hour telling me why they couldn’t do and why they couldn’t start right away because they were so busy. After talking to a friend who assured me that I can choose to deal with which ever restoration company I choose and have them bill my insurance company, I asked the insurance preferred company to leave. I received a reference to call restosure restoration from an old work mate of mine. When Jason arrived he spent the first hour taking moisture meter measurements removing the wet carpet and advising me as to everything that I am entitled to. The difference was that Jason‘s company showed loyalty to me As a consumer while the company referred by the insurance company had a clear loyalty to the insurance company and an objective to keep costs down as opposed to doing what’s right by me and my family. I’m very thankful that I took the time to educate myself as to what my rights are as opposed to getting the short end of the stick so that the insurance company can save money .
