Peter Klein is honest, and straightforward - and really knows his Hondas!Peter and his team to excellent work. He's always given me several recommendations on parts (from premium brand labels to white box Chinese cheap stuff) and let me make the choice on what to put on my car. He rarely pushes a sale, unless it saves you money on something you came in for the first place.Just wish they had complimentary pick-up sometimes.

Excellent car repair. I have brought my Volvo station wagon(s) here for 20 years. The team is helpful and the owner is responsible and respectful. I have had no problems. I have reported the one bad anonymous review by M with the gorilla picture to Google and it will be removed soon for 3 Facebook violations. This is an excellent business on York Avenue close to a good expresso coffeeshop while you wait.

Been going to Klein Auto with my Father since the 90's now going myself, always known to get great service, repair work etc. Most recently had an oil change done as well as some inspection & repairs, got called throughout the process with pricing, quick service time & great price with all issues of concern fixed! Will always go to Klein Auto first & recommend they're services!

Highly recommend - if you're looking for an honest, trustworthy mechanic Peter and the team are one of your best bets in London. After horrible customer service from my original dealership, and an overcrowded, small mechanic at another location, I've happily been coming here for three years for all my car and my wife's service needs. Peter's knowledge and thoroughness is exactly what was needed for me!

Peter was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic for my Subaru. He has now serviced my car numerous times, including getting it ready for trips to Mexico and the Arctic. I am so grateful to have him and his team looking after my car and keeping it in good shape. He takes great care in the work that he does and the prices are always fair. Dropped my car off at 8 as planned, Brake replaced, brake fluid flush, transmission service and control arm replaced. Done and received a phone call at 3:30.Chris and Peter took the time to give me some feedback on my car as well as advice on fluids and maintenance specific to my model!I will be back for sure!

Price gouges his customers. Quotes higher than book. The owner Peter; is a bully who likes to road rage and chase down disabled people and threaten women. I can't imagine i will ever get repairs on my car done at this shop. Any dirt bag that has a temper like that, shouldn't run a business.And no one should give him their business. Stay away; That's my opinion.
