Pearson Airport Limousine

No one showed up! I booked online 3 days ago, as I was catching a flight from Pearson Airport and I wanted to ensure an early departure for my flight; rush hour is bad.I received a follow up email confirming location. This was then followed by an email saying confirmed. I have the entire email chain.Nobody turned up this morning and when I called (at 0645) the first person said they would get back to me in 2 minutes. I called again at 0652 and was then informed I not in the system.My limo booking was for 0645 and my wife ended up taking me to the airport at 0710. Stuck in traffic and she now has to get home and get ready for work and take our daughter to school.No words for how angry I am right now.

I use their service very frequently - always on time, friendly drivers, very helpful. Cars are clean and great for personal or business use.

We used Pearson Airport Limousine on a recent holiday last month. Great service!- arrived on time to take us to airport and bring us home the following week. Both drivers were very professional, friendly and got us to our destinations safely. The vehicles were very clean. It's so nice not having to worry about the drive! Will definitely use again. Would highly recommend!

Great!! Family of five, we used them twice. 1) pickup at pearson airport, we caled and they came to the spot they told us ahead of time within minutes. 2) Came ten minuts early and took us to buffalo airport. easy to be in touch with

When my daughter arrived from the UK they were pretty good at picking her up and getting her delivered but when it came time to get her back to the airport for her flight back they totally let me down. Did not show up, and then called to tell me they would be 10 minutes late. 15 minutes later I had to contact them when they told me it would be a half hour. 45 minutes later I had to call them, no answer repeatedly, so I emailed and basically got an email back telling me I'd better call her a taxi. Got no further contact from them at all. Nothing. Not even an apology.

Website is decent with all the necessary info. I did not end up using it as we had a friend to drop us by. Rates seem decent though.

Pearson Airport Limo was fabulous. Our plane was delayed by two hours and they tracked us to be sure they were at Pearson on time. Unfortunately our luggage took at least an hour and a half to materialize but Ali waited patiently and was at the door almost immediately when we arrived with our bags. It was a very late night for Ali but he got us home by 2:30 am. Thank you so much for giving us a good ending to a very long day!Leslie
