I don't recommend you ever deal with Rack Trendz and be careful with Amazon in general. I bought and returned a helmet immediately because it was too small. They had no exchange policy. I had to pay shipping $20 and then they charged me $12 for their shipping and $44 for RESTOCKING?!? When was the last time you heard of restocking for a regular consumer purchase? It cost me $76 to return a helmet. That's insane.Edit: I just saw the store's response. I think his tone speaks to the nature of our exchange. I did claim 'defective' as I didn't see another option which would fit for did not fit." I immediately contacted the seller to explain and all was fine. The issue I have is that his return policy is deceptive and highly irregular

Quick service, great quality products and top brands! Pretty rare products are usually available which are difficult to grab at other places though at a slight premium but would call it justified considering the increasing costs for running businesses these days! Keep up the good work guys! Will surely hit you up again next time looking for my bike accessories!

Do you want to get the worst shopping experience ever? try RACKTRENDZ!I ordered a bike trainer from this place via Amazon. One day after it was delivered, I decided to return it since I found the same product way much cheaper than what I had paid (I paid 499+tax+shippment, but the product is sold for $249 on their own website!) WITHOUT EVEN ASSEMBLING the device, I packed it in its original package and sent it back to the seller (I PAID THE SHIPMENT MYSELF). Guess what! I was refunded only 85% of the original price. When I contacted the seller (He doesn't respond to the phone number listed on Amazon, so I sent a message asking why I didn't get the full refund), he said: “Amazon charges restocking fee of 15% which it doesn’t refund”.I contacted Amazon costumer service about this, and they told me that there is no restocking fee!!!!!I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Bought some tools from this shop as part of a gift. Package was shipped to me quickly but they had sent a used and repackaged tool.No response from the shop after continually contacting them for two weeks.Maybe they’ll respond when my credit card cancels the payment!

I ordered an item on Amazon. I did not receive my package. After three weeks of reluctant communication the seller finally agreed to a refund, but refunded only $20 out of $50 I have paid. When I came to the store to get an explanation of this, the merchant didn't offer any and kept telling me to contact Amazon to deal with it. I was angry, because I was cheated and treated dishonestly. Do not deal with this man.

Great delivery and good customer service! The guy called Satwik at their store was very patient in handling all my queries and gave me good resolutions. Would definitely recommend folks to buy from them!

Great range of products and lightening fast delivery.

Sad bunch, advertizing partial info then tried to talk to them, they just played dumb (very convincing). So when the product was returned, they got me to pay for the return of their mistake PLUS 15% 'Amazon'' fees (never heard of that), so only partial refund and return fees for clueless shipping. Just 'buy and get lost ' attitude. Similar reviews are found on various business rating sites. Very sad for them as it was the time during the pandemic to shine through, done with them, buyers beware.

Great experience with this great little company. Ordered a set of training rollers from this company online yesterday, called to verify stock. I was told I would get a call back and I did!! So nice to speak to a polite helpful, genuinely concerned person. We decided that it would be quicker for me to pick it up. Went this morning, 2 great guys in the store, polite, friendly and efficient. Got my stuff and went on my way. The prices were awesome too. In these days of competition its customer service that counts. Rack Trendz customer service is the best. Thanks guys
