Don’t come here if you are new customer! People are very rude on this shop! I called and the woman on the front desk hanged up the call many times after she answered in French, when I speak in English the call was hanged up! I went there in the shop and she’s very rude on answering me also. I don’t speak French because I’m new here in Gatineau. She should not be in the front desk. And after 5 calls they answered and told me they don’t accept new customers in their shop and they’re only accepting their old customers! So disappointing! Don’t come on this shop! I’m not sure if that’s because I don’t know how to speak French but that is what I feel! It’s so rude!

Highly reccomend. My dad suggested this place. They had my car for a day while their lot was swamped with cars. I wasnt expecting to see my car for at least a few days.I dropped it off after work to get fixed over the course of 2 days.They phoned me almost as soon as they opened to let me know that they had the part, and i could come and pick up in the next few hours.Outstanding work, friendly staff, and no extra sales of any kind.Any car work needed. I will definatly bring it back here

the guy at the front desk (owner I think) was extremely helpful and kind. I have been scammed few times at other mechanics since i am in my 20s and a female but he was very respectful and made sure that I understood what was going on with my car.
