Country Nails

I use to like coming here at first they were wonderful. Always got me in and did a good job. The last few times the customer service has gone down hill. And this time I struggled to even get them to answer my messages and when I finally got an appointment for 10 o’clock when they said they opened. I had to wait 20 minutes in my car and when they finally decided to show up there was no apology or anything. The woman I had to fill my nails was pushy and just not welcoming after them being 20 minutes late for my appointment. And usually I would understand if it was busy and they had many more clients but I was the only person in there and they couldn’t even be bother to open on time. When it was time for me to pay and leave I asked about a discount for them being 20 minutes late and all she said was no and finally apologized for it. Needless to say they will not have my business anymore and hopefully I can’t convince other to go else where as well.

Country Nails has impressed me. Super friendly, gently and talented nail artists! they have always surprised me with the work they do!They will also look at pictures, if you have a specific design you would like which is amazing! They have a variety of colours as well.

They do a great job, reasonable prices and employees are really nice but the place needs to be cleaned better.

Honestly one of the best manicures I've ever had. Mia is extremely talented and kind. The prices are completely reasonable, the quality of the work is phenomenal, the staff were personable and the vibes were happy. They were prompt and ready for my 10am app. No waiting. The hygiene is no better or worse than almost any other shop though they do not have vacuum tables so it can get a little dusty but like it's nails, what did you expect? I feel like a lot of the negative reviews are the result of a lack of cultural understanding. Seriously they deserve your buisness

Will never go there again my nails didn't last a week and they all fell off but 3 the last place I went none of my nails fell off and lasted almost a month I'll be returning back to my normal nail salon and to top it off I drove 2.5 hours to get them done. My friends didn't even last either. This place is garbage!

Overall, fast service, easy to book last minute appointment, although routinely overbooked. When I first started going to Country Nails I was really impressed, however over time, the quality of service has deteriorated. Compared to other nail salons, cleanliness is a 1(out of 10 being best) very dusty, the staff do not keep each station wiped clean, nor do they wash their hands between clients. The pedicure chairs are old and worn, (rips and tears)they would not be able to be sanitized between clients.Also, you really have to be sure on prices, depending on who you ask, the price can change…

My daughter and her friend had an appointment right for when this place opened. There were people waiting outside and they allowed those people to go ahead of them even after they protested saying they had appointments. It was 40 mins after their scheduled appt time before they were even in a chair. It was prom day and my daughter almost missed her hair appointment because of this. Would not use this place again!

Great place, professional, welcoming, considerate, great priced they are very Knowledgeable and artist highly reccomened and will be returning, best nail salon I have found.

Second set of nails I have had put on from here! Love love this place, they are great, never had an issue getting an appointment. My hands are always in water for work and I’ve never had an issue with the nails coming off sooner than expected!
