Shendale Home & Property Inspections
Unfortunately I trusted the testimonials on their website and recently hired Alan for a pre-purchase inspection. I've seen other inspectors' work from when my parents bought places and I was very disappointed with Alan's service. Content of the report he provided was pathetic. A feature sheet of a property has more info than what he provided us. Because Alan wont point out things like holes in the wall or spaces in flooring as he thinks it's cosmetic
