We have been dealing with them by going and getting the stuff we need.Once I dropped my Lawn Mower fir replacement of the exaust. They could finish the job after my repeated reminders.They replaced some parts and did servicing as per their invoice. Once I brought it back and tried to use it did not work even for two feet. It will start and stop.I complained and iwas told that their mechanic is mot available. Sheer lies.I paid their invoice which they should look into this and refund. I will not recommend this to anyone for any service.customer service is very poor.
