Great customer service. I have been to this store before but this was the first time that I was sending important documents and didn’t know how it’s done. Had a great time with Diljot. He helped me with the forms, finding the contact number and postal code. I appreciate the patience and maturity he handled everything with. Also, I didn’t have to wait at all. Surely visiting more often.

The attendants are too busy taking passport photos to accept packages. Waiting over 30 minutes for a drop off is unacceptable and unreasonable. Staff aren’t very professional or proficient in their duties and seem to be lacking training. Would not advise using this location if time is of value.

Amazing service. I found Diljot to be very polite, courteous and helpful. He not only took our baby's picture but also went online and loaded a test proof onto Nadra website to confirm if it will be successfully accepted. Honestly did not expect that and was impressed. Great work!!!

Called to confirm with the staff that my package was there for pickup. Showed up 20 minutes later to a sign advising she was gone til 2pm. I was there at 1248pm...hmm... also noted... UPS always fake delivers and then brings it to Hub. I've been home every time they deliver.""

Thank you Pinkush. The best service I received in a very long time. Have come here on numerous occasions for things to be mailed and get pics for my passports. The quick service and being Customer friendly at the same time was a great feeling. You deserve more.. Thank you.

Sherika was extremely patient in taking the pictures of our toddlers. Using every tactic to make sure we get a picture with square shoulders, looking straight, neutral expression, no smile. Extremely helpful, patient, and polite the entire time. Thank you Sherika and if you have children come here for your passport photos.
