Walmart Supercentre

I feel this Walmart no longer caters for everybody as a lot of international grocery aisles are slim pickings now except for one other aisle that is full is only for one ethnicity. All of the other aisles are also slim on variety and it seems like a choice specifically by this Walmart. Poor way to manage.

I wish I could give this place a zero star! Delivery of food was brutal and now even pick up, I get expired items or no items at all and Walmart has taken over a week to refund my money. I'm still waiting in fact. Walmart has gone down the toilet even more since covid. Do not shop here, unless you absolutely need to.

I normally love shopping at this location (which is why I'm giving 3 stars) - it's nicely laid out, very clean, easy to find items and normally I receive good service.However, the last time I went there, I had a bad experience with one of your customer service workers at the customer service desk. I had purchased some air fresheners which were on sale for 2 for $11.97 and got 4. I also got some makeup which was on sale for $9.When I checked my receipt after, I noticed I was charged 4 times for the $11.97. My makeup also rang in at nearly $15.I went to the customer service desk to inquire and see if my items were scanned incorrectly, as I had only gotten the items as they were on sale.The man working at the counter was very dismissive and came across as very rude. He refused to help me and was telling me to go take a picture" of the price

If It was possible to put a negative star. I would. I frequently shop at this Walmart and considering the lack of products and even the employees being just as confused as I am, I do not expect a lot from this Walmart. However, I recently came in due to a defective product and hoped to resolve the issue; while customer service was trying their best to aid me, I was unsatisfied and frustrated and hoped to speak directly to a manager. Upon calling for a manager, this said manager took an extremely long time to come to customer service and approached with a condescending attitude. He was extremely unresponsive and was attempting to intimidate me through disrespectful remarks and insinuating that I was “stupid”. I was not able to catch the name of said manager but believe it started with a ‘M’. My explanation and hopes to resolve my issue were cut off when this bald man walked away mid conversation and offered zero help. While I already had a low standard for this Walmart, I will never be shopping here again due to the lack of respect for customers and common courtesy. Considering how management treats customers, I am able to understand why the staff consistently look as if they are on the verge of suicide. The management of this Walmart should definitely be monitored closely, customer service themselves looked extremely tired and paranoid upon the arrival of the management. It is clear that there is an imbalance of power between management and customers as well as staff.

Used the garden centre on this visit. Staff were pleasant and helpful. They have a nice selection of flowers and are reasonably priced. There were several items I wanted that should have been in stock but weren't. Overall we were happy with the service and put purchases.

As usual, variety of valued household items are sold here.Store items are well arranged and staff are friendly, especially the man at the door that greets all customers. He always add color to my visit.This particular store has recently gone through renovation and came out better.The store is located right across many other valuable stores.There is a good parking here.

1. Never have stocks for the flyer specials (especially meat) they all sold out even the first day, I tried going back second day. Still sold out. Do they everre stocked?2. Staff can not figure out the wording additional 30% off from the clearance price" ( see photo). 30% off of $7 should be $4.90

Buyer beware. Not sure if this is a recent change, but this location only accepts self checkout items 20 or less (unlike South Common).We usually go to South common. This was our first time purchasing numerous items at this location.We were reminded of the 20 checkout limit at the tills by an employee and told to go to the cashier tills (unfortunately there was a line behind us already).My wife stated she didn't believe we had over 20 items. Naturally we didnt count exactly how many items we had because we never had to before.Moreover, the employee informed us there was no scanner to scan for heavy items (the tills did have a scanner holder but the scanners were removed). We didn't have any heavy items. We had a box of diapers, the employee assumed incorrectly.In any evident after a brief discussion, the employee informed us we could proceed as long as we know for next time. This was fine for us and acknowledged that we would use a cashier till next time or we would just shop at south common.Unfortunately, as we were scanning our items the same employee approached us again and informed us we did have over 20 items (which was already mentioned before). They continued to state they were following their managers' direction (who was not present). I informed the employee that they already informed us as per our previous conversation and we accepted their direction previously, yet they choose to intervene while other customers were waiting.I actually work in customer service myself. There is no need to tell a customer the same thing over and over again once a matter has already been acknowledged. It's disrespectful and demeaning. At this point, I told the employee to cease harassing us and back off. They denied they were doing so, and again I reiterated we were being harassed. At this point, the employee stopped bothering us.I should also mention the same employee informed another customer behind us about the 20 item self checkout limit as we were leaving. It would therefore seem customers are not aware of the change, the execution of the change in policy is poorly managed, or overall there is no explanation as to why the policy exists.Overall, a complete lack of customer service and sensitivity training.My advice. Do your big-time shopping at south common Walmart. We never had any issues there.

Worst experience ever.We were looking to buy this product from the store which shows tag of $59.98 in the photo, which comes up as $198.99 or something on register. When showed this photo to associate, she calls floor lead, who checks and tells me that product is for $198.99 not $59.98.When we asked floor lead to honor the price of the tag then he calls store manager. Store manager comes gets to story from us and tells us she will bring another manager from the back leave us by our self, talks on the phone comes back without the said manager, tells me that they will not honor the price, no reason given no explanations. Manager don’t even try to resolve the issue of products in the store is being wrong labeled.

First I have to scan my own groceries, and not get paid for it. Don't wanna scam yourself? No problem. You can wait in line for the 1 or 2 actual cashiers they have. Once you get up there, they scan them, but you have to bag them now because customer service means nothing to Walmart. Now, I have 1 less hour to do it in because they changed the hours, despite making the customers do more work than the actual employees. Thanks Walmart.
