I had a negative experience with the on-line ordering and their customer service and they owe me $228.53 for goods I paid for, but they never delivered. I ordered a Whal cordless shaver, pin tail comb, and clipper guide on January 21, 2022 and I received a confirmation email for my order. On January 31, 2022 I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order. I received an email on Feb 3, 2022 indicating the shaver was out of stock. I gave the company extra time because of COVID and supply chain issues however after 7 months of waiting with no updates by the company, on Sept 6, 2022 I asked for a refund and I received no response from their customer service. Despite multiple attempts via email, messages left on voice mail, chats via the website Contact us, I did not received any response from the company. I contacted Ontario Better Business Bureau who opened a case on my behalf, but the company ignored all requests from the BBB as well. My advice is do not order on-line.

I hate leaving bad reviews to anyone, usually I rather just skip leaving one at all.....However, the experience I had with Elevate Barbershop is just below any standards.So the story goes like this...In order to book an appointment you need to reserve via online system using a credit card. Which I did.I made an appointment and the system reserved funds on my credit card.When I showed up at the booked time, the barbershop was closed.I received a call from Stinger (the barber) 15-20 mins later explaining he wasn't feeling well.Of course, that can happen, no problems there. I understood the situation.However, later I noticed I was charged in full for the service and never received any refund.I sent numerous messages via their Facebook page, Instagram page, their web form on their website, I tried calling, never received any reply. Completely ignored. Still no money back.Finally contacted my bank to dispute the charge.It's going to take months to get my money back and I ended up spending numerous hours dealing with this unnecessarily.

I was looking for a new regular barber, and I think I've found it! Such a relaxing atmosphere, great conversation, and of course an excellent haircut! Definitely recommend.
