We just got 4 lines for our family. Akash and Parker made the transaction very simple.

I popped in to this location just after Black Friday and unfortunately missed the promos. I originally spoke with Akash and was assured Boxing Day would have some good/same promos and they said they could put aside the phone I was looking to get. I popped in one more time a few days before Boxing Day and spoke with Saagar to confirm my phone was set aside.Let me just say…for all the times in the past 15 years dealing with account upgrades and phone upgrades, the guys at this location are so amazing and made it such an easy process. On Boxing Day I was helped by Akash, Saagar and Parker (I was surprisingly the only client in store when it opened) and all 3 of them were so polite and friendly, they helped me get a better monthly plan for all 3 members on our plan and upgrade 2 phones. I can’t thank them enough for their patience and answering all my questions and making sure I got the best deal possible. Will happily go back to them should I need to deal with anything in the future but this is the first time I haven’t had to deal with any hiccups after the fact. Thanks Guys for being so great, I really do appreciate it!

I have been coming to mainland communications for the last few years, I live pretty far from them but they are worth the trek. The owners Saagar and Shawn are well informed and all staff is helpful and efficient. I don’t know much about phones, but they explain everything throughly that I feel like a pro now. I would definitely call them or visit them to get a better deal on your phone plan!

I was helped my Akash, he is a very kind, helping gentlemen that walked to thru each step of getting a new phone. It was hands down the easiest new plan + plus phone process I’ve had to this date.

I went to buy a phone at this location and i got a very good deal on iphone 14 . Staff was so helpful specially Akash , he told me about all the available deals on iphone . I am so happy with the customer service and the quality of their product.
