The service at city Buick Cadillac is excellent and I was nicely received & helped by Josh Lewis (service advisor), also the issue with my sun roof motor was solved by replacing it.Unfortunately this is the second time within 14 months that this motor has had to be replaced. The fist time was Dec-21-2021 and again in Feb-15-2023.The first time it was replaced at no charge to me as it was covered by warranty. The second time I was charged $200 + tax as my extended warranty has a deductible of $200.I feel that I should not have been charged this amount as the motor that was installed the first time in December only lasted just over one year. Does this mean I will have to have this motor changed each year!!!By the way my car is not a LADA it’s aXT4 CADILLAC.I will be in touch with GENERAL MOTORS to voice my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of this motor product.

I have had four Cadillacs now. Soon to be a 5th and I owe this to Angelo G in service. As a woman, dealing with mechanics can be quite scary. He’s always made me feel very comfortable. Explains things in detail to me and gives me options which is nice. I never feel pressured or overwhelmed which I really appreciate as a single mom. I’ve actually followed him to three different locations now! He’s hooked me up with a great team so when it comes time to purchase my new/used vehicle everyone’s just as helpful as him. All around a great experience. Thanks Angelo G in service and his team for taking great care of me. 2 thumbs up over here

There was an error in my online booking of an oil lube and filter but only realized this when I arrived. They managed to get me in for the service.

The service advisor is very nice, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Josh explained things clearly when I have question and provide useful advice.

My recent visit on March 27 was satisfactory. I received notifications, a shuttle was arranged to drop me off and pick me up. All work was completed. Service Advisor was pleasant
