Nick at First Gear Automotive is an absolute gem. He is personally invested in every customer and it shows. He is honest and fair, to a fault. He works with his customers on every job. Big or small, maintenance, repairs, performance upgrades, tuning and tires, he'll fix you up without breaking the bank. I have been a customer for over 10 yrs, 4 different vehicles, you can 110% trust your car to this gent!

Tara is friendly on the phone and inviting at the reception making a comfortable atmosphere when you drop your vehicle off and pick it up. Been taking my 2010 Nissan Altima 2.5S to this location for a while now. I can always trust his honest opinions and his prices are very reasonable. He has always gone above and beyond what is expected, and has provided recommendations and concerns without feeling too pushy to fix the issue if the problem isn't entirely a concern.I will continue to go to this place for any of my automotive fixes if I can help it.Amazing work Nick!

I have been customer of Nick's at First Gear Automotive for approx. 2years. Prior to this I used a dealership for my auto repairs, however an issue arose over the trustworthiness of some of the mechanics.Being a customer of First Gear has made all the difference. Nick genuinely cares about his business and his customers. I have always found his work and advice to be top notch. I would have no trouble recommending him to anyone looking for a reliable, competent mechanic to service their vehicle. Definitely a 5 star rating.
