Very good, clothing is one of the best for lasting a long time and doing what it says that it does. Coat say light weight,but will keep you warm and it does.You have a hard time wearing out shirts and their shoe's, boots are really good. Great for people who need 1x to 5x or large size in anything.

I've only had good experiences at this store. Staff are always friendly and the clothes are pretty good quality. Recently, had a small return issue and Krysta, I believe a manager, was great about fixing it.

I like Marks products even though some may think they are pricey. However, the quality is there and these items last a long time. I've gotten my work shoes and dress shoes there and am happy with the quality and fit. They also have a clearance section which I love to browse as there are quite often great deals. I got my last winter coat here and its still like new.

I was here today shopping for pants and had a great experience. I am a tough size and few retailers have many in store options for me, this is something that I am used to. Once informed of what I was looking for, Mia and what seemed like the entire store went to WORK to try and dig out a size for me. Much appreciated and highly recommended!

Marks has the best customer service. I ordered runners on sale online using a gift card to be delivered to this store just before covid hit. Somewhere the shoes got lost. I called customer service to cancel the order and was told my gift card would be credited. It never was. So, no shoes and no refund. The manager at this store gave me another pair of shoes at the same sale price. I hope Marks never closes at this site. They are terrific!

Good selection, competitive pricing and sales, staff are great- one big problem though- they NEED to offer a rolling cart for customers to put their things in. Mom and I, and several other shoppers literally tapped out and stopped shopping because we were exhausted from hauling around our goods. Shopping with my elderly mother I have to carry mine and hers around. Store would've had more sales if there was something we could put our purchases in.
