The counter staff are awesome they are pleasant and always helpful the loans department and board can no longer describe themselves as the true definition of a credit union they are totally big bank business that no longer have the values of a true credit union

The hours are terrible! Loans department is a mess. Most of the staff is nice but I have also been treated very rudely by some of the front staff
