Travelpro Platinum Elite Expandable Spinner Luggage 22-Inch, Shadow Black, Model:409182201, front pouch zipper had failed in 5 months. Since it was under warranty, they sent me replacement in a very short time. I would like to thank customer care supervisor Mr. Mohammed for his excellent service.

This level of customer service is greatly appreciated and goes above and beyond any expectations I had of getting a replacement. We love the new bag you chose for us to replace the original bag (that is not available anymore.) It's definitely a couple steps up from the previous bag, so thank you so much for that! I Contacted Holiday Group about my damaged Swiss Gear suitcase and to be honest I wasn’t expecting to get anywhere but I was blown away when I received amazing customer support from Mohammed in Quebec. I cannot thank you enough for how quick you sent me my replacement suitcase, which was the exact same model as my old one except it was an upgrade.I’m so impressed with the 10 warranty that they offer on their suitcases.
