Bought my first screen protector there about 6 months and the service was excellent!! Went in today for my first replacement and it was even better. SCREEN PROTECTOR SCAM ALERT!I have a Samsung Flip Z. I just did a screen protector replacement in vaughnmills today and had a really bad experience. (I attached the photo). They put a cut out screen protector that is not even for Flip Z!I went back to the shop and asked the guy where is the box for the screen protector. I want to see if it is for flip z he said he already throw it.And I asked the guy why is there a lot of bubbles. the guy told me that it bubbles will be gone in 2 hrs for it is just a silicon glue.And you can also see in the pictures that there some dirt inside the screen protector.I guess he just cut out a screen protector from other model because they really dont have one for flipZ which is a different quality because the middle part should be foldable and they are paid via commision that is why they did this.
