I am more than pleased to recommend Luxe Home Interiors. It is a beautiful store, with a large selection of high quality furniture, and the customer service at Luxe is beyond excellent! A special thanks to Darren! You did much more than I anticipated in helping me decide about furniture for my condo.

Nice selection of furniture, but outrageous prices.You can get the exact same furniture for 30-50% less in practically in any store that carries the same brands.Their “Retail” price is marked up by at least 20% so when they offer you a “discount” it ends up being the actual retail price.I normally don’t leave poor reviews, but when I’m told by their owner that I’m getting a “fair” price, it doesn’t sit well with me when I’m given double the retail price.Do your research and call a few stores on the island and in Vancouver to get an actual fair price.

Luxe has provided excellent service every time we have come into their store. They took the time to help us pick furniture pieces for our space, but also spent lots of time helping us pick fabrics that suited our needs and lifestyle, never rushing us through the process. Products were of high quality and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you to Darren and team for making us happy furniture owners!

Shopping at Luxe is a truly amazing experience. From the quality and style of their furniture to the unparalleled customer experience, we thoroughly enjoyed spending a few hours looking at an amazing collection of furniture. With freshly baked cookies made by co-owners Scott and Darren, we felt right at home. We were professionally assisted by their amazing team of designers who pinpointed our needs and guided us through the shopping process. These guys truly know their stuff. This is by far the best place to shop for furniture, accent items and carpets in Victoria. We've purchased a few chairs and a couch and we're not done yet! We'll be back. We bought two high-end Italian sofas at Luxe Home Interiors. When they arrived, there were what looked like 'stains' on the fabric both on the backsides and arms on both pieces. Darren and his team immediately dealt with the issue, sending them back to Italy to have them replaced. They suggested a different type of fabric (at no cost to us) and let us keep the original sofas until the new ones arrived. Darren kept us up to date throughout the process; we appreciate the store's professionalism and commitment to quality and service. Thank you.

Very disappointing! I purchased an area rug from Luxe with the extra protection, have owned it for less than a year and it looks horrible! I have other area rugs that were less expensive which have worn better. I have contacted the company with regards to this issue and they won't stand behind their product. Needless to say, I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

Great place with top notch service. Darren made us very welcome and was very patient as we explored many options and fabric patterns for our sectional. Delivery was very smooth and we couldn't be happier with our new couch!

We recently placed a rush order for an upholstered bench. The Luxe team worked diligently to ensure our special order was delivered ahead of schedule. We are so pleased with the finishing and early delivery. The bench is a perfect addition to our home.

Beautiful store with tasteful designs. I enjoyed the visit and found good pieces. Definitely worth going to if you are looking for classy furniture, lighting and decoration. The personnel is also very friendly.
