I have interacted with this company for the past 6 years and it has been a great experience. PSV is ran by the best property manager Patricia. She and her team are extremely helpful and responsive. She goes above and beyond to ensure things are taken care of even after hours. No matter how big or small the request is she takes it seriously and handles it promptly. Appreciate all she and her team do!

I greatly appreciate Arjan from Duka Management for his invaluable contributions. Ever since he started work at our complex, we have witnessed significant improvements and a boost in organization. Arjan's extensive knowledge and strong sense of responsibility have made a remarkable difference. He has collaborated closely with our property's board members, diligently ensuring that all concerns and matters are promptly addressed. While I cannot speak for other negative reviews regarding Duka, we can confidently say that our complex is fortunate to have Arjan as our property manager.

Location: 2240 Lakeshore Blvd West, Condominium Manager Alisa Kamynina has been an incredible uplift to the organization and the building as a whole. She often goes above and beyond for our residents, especially in regards communication and fairness, and as a result has been a significant upgrade from previous condominium managers at this location

Parkside Village - Some floors are well maintained and some look like a slum. Staff does not have good written communication skills and behave like they are doing you a favor by helping with anything. I only get half the building wide notifications and staff hasn't been able to fix it for a year. I rented in 4065 Brickstone and it was allright but as an owner in 4099 has been not ideal.Parking levels are like Need for Speed in real life.Most of the owners rent the units out so it doesn't seem they really care about anything beyond the amenity floor.

I have been on the board of the peel condo corp for a number of yearsBoard was not happy at all with the previous management company so back in 2016 were looking for a replacementInterviewed a number of companies and decided on Duka - best decision this PSCC ever made in my view - have been with Duka ever since ...The best thing about this company is that you are not stuck with the manager they assign, if the manager does not fit the style/requirements of the board, Duka will work with the board to assign a different manager that will match the board's style. The motto is to keep working with the board until they get it right.We for example worked with several different managers until we got Arjan - what a fantastic manager and an individual.2 best things about Arjan are: honesty and dedication, everything else is a derivative of those 2 qualities:- he treats your property like his own- learns about your specific property (declaration/by-laws) and applies those rather than cookie-cutter approach- visits property all the time and personally checks on the work being done - just in case to have extra pair of eyes rather than relying solely on contractor/inspector/engineer - very much appreciated- always open to suggestions, comments, considers different ways of doing things suggested by the board- he might be on the property looking over some work done on a unit and then notices an elderly neighbour's garage door needs fixing and proactively approaches them to get it done - owner is elated and appreciative as a result- my personal guess is that he is exactly the same way in his personal life and so naturally brings in the same level of dedication to his professional life - being true to himself is what makes him outstanding for his clients ...- i can go on and on ...To sum up - Arjan and Duka work as true partners to the board.However very important for any board: as true partners, board *must* do their own part: review financials, ask questions, review options, be responsive, attend board meetings promptly, etc etc - board *must* put in work to make sure this partnership flourishes :)

Duka is great company and I appericiate the management. I have been working with property manager SONELA at 508 Wellington street west. She is always helpful and supportive of us. When I did a complaint about the building problem or anything with her she solved it right away. Even if I call and email at anytime like night or day, she did reply to my email within 10 minutes. Also, the admin staff La Ferne is helpfully.Thank you so much Duka team here for your continued support.

Owned a condo managed by this company. If I could rate a zero I would. Company did not pay invoices and have lead overdue bills and interest accrued. Stay far away and do not hire this company to manage your property. No accountability, poor communication. AVOID at all costs.

The management and the concierge team at 25 Neighborhood Lane were so helpful with our transition to this new building.Rezi the manager and Renee the admin were very fast replying to our requests providing great customer service.We are happy that Duka company will manage this building.

Horrible company, have dealt with them for over 8 years at one property and they didn't even last 6 months at another property I own. They have say they will fix the issue (major issue) never do. When confronted about this and other financials they never get back to you. If you consider them to run your building don't. They may be cheaper but will only cost you in appreciation of your unit. They take no responsibility nor accountability.

I am a resident of one of the properties managed by Duka, with Albion as the property manager. I have been living here for 10 years, and initially, my experience was quite challenging. The first five years were filled with unresolved residents' issues and three damaging water incursions. However, when Albion took over, there was a significant improvement. They promptly addressed our concerns and followed up diligently. While no property management team is flawless, Albion and their team act swiftly and effectively. They have a great working relationship with the board and ensured our safety during the pandemic. In my personal experience, Duka Property Management, led by Albion, deserves more than 5 stars. I appreciate their excellent work and hope they continue to maintain this level of service.
