Haven't been in a while since I was asked to leave. The reason for that is that I'm a collector of oakleys. My last visit I brought a bunch of vintage pairs to the vault to show and tell about them wirh the staff. I used to be able to go there and chat about the brand and the love for it. Unfortunately the manager at the time Nate" I believe his name is. Asked me to leave if I wasn't going to buy anything else. I purchased a pair of holbrooks and a pair of frogs while I was there so I figured I could chat a bit with the guys. Not so much. Anyways hopefully he's not there anymore and I can go back again to share more about the brand

Staff at location were patient and took the time to explain the current in stores promotion, which I would otherwise have missed out on had somebody not approached me. I went in looking to replace a pair of lost glasses then ended up getting new shades for my boys. Great store and service.

Excellent customer service! The salesperson is very helpful and giving me several option. The last item on display I like has a little scratch on the lens and there is no more available stock in store, instead of selling it to me, he opt to get me new one from other Oakley store and be delivered at home.

I recently purchased two pairs of glasses from Oakley, attracted by their promotion of a 50% discount on the second pair when buying one. However, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. When I tried to apply the promotion at checkout, I found that the discount was not applied to the second pair, despite meeting all the requirements.I reached out to customer service to clarify the issue, but they were unhelpful and unresponsive. I felt deceived by the promotion and the lack of transparency in its terms and conditions. It is not acceptable to make false promises to customers and then fail to provide the advertised benefits.As a long-time customer of Oakley, I expected better from them. I am disappointed and frustrated with this experience and cannot recommend this promotion to anyone. I hope Oakley will take steps to improve their communication and customer service in the future.

It was by far the worst customer service I've ever received. The staff seemed extremely uninformed. Additionally, I got the impression that the female manager showed a preference for assisting only women. If she feels uncomfortable engaging in sales conversations with men, perhaps she should consider pursuing a profession that caters more to a predominantly female clientele.

Had a medical emergency while in the store with my daughter. Staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to use their private bathroom to help clean her up. Best paper towels ever in that bathroom. The deals in the store are typically much better than you can get on the Oakley website the more you buy the more you save.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting this store on several occasions, primarily because of its convenient location near my home. However, I must say that the customer service I experienced was nothing short of atrocious. The store manager, Stella Pesce, displayed an astonishing level of incompetence and rudeness that left me utterly baffled as to how she even obtained a managerial position in the first place.During one of my visits, I brought along a promotional email that I had received from the store. Excited about the advertised offer, I approached Ms. Pesce to redeem it. Shockingly, she flat-out refused to honour the promotion, even though I had received the email directly from the store.This behaviour was not only unprofessional but also wholly unjustified. It is common knowledge that honouring valid promotions is essential to maintaining customer trust and loyalty, something Ms. Pesce seemed oblivious to.Furthermore, what was even more disheartening was the manager's overall demeanour and attitude. She consistently displayed a lack of respect and courtesy towards me. Her abrasive tone, condescending remarks, and dismissive gestures were simply unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and kindness, but sadly, Ms. Pesce seemed to lack a basic understanding of good customer service.I am genuinely perplexed about how someone like Ms. Pesce could have risen to the store manager position. She lacks the necessary skills to handle customer interactions effectively and professionally. Her inability to honour valid promotions and consistently rude behaviour create an incredibly hostile customer atmosphere, undermining the store's reputation.In light of my experiences, I strongly caution others against visiting this location, as the poor customer service provided by Ms. Pesce will likely leave you feeling frustrated and disheartened. It is disconcerting to witness such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and the promotion of a toxic work environment by someone in a managerial role.As a consumer, I believe it is crucial to shed light on these issues so that the necessary improvements can be made. I hope that the management of this store takes immediate action to rectify the situation, reevaluating the competence and behaviour of their employees, particularly Ms. Pesce. Until then, I will actively seek alternative establishments like Oakley at Toronto Premium Outlet Mall, where my patronage is valued and treated with the respect it deserves.
