Spoke with Tanvi today and had a wonderful experience. Very professional and explained everything to me very clearly with a friendly and considerate manner. I use a mobility scooter and they were very accomodating and kind in helping me feel comfortable and welcome. I appreciate that I didn't feel judged or condescended to in any manner - either because of my mobility needs or my financial ones. I look forward to working with them as I continue to do business with them.

Some of the staff are nice, some do nothing but lie, and then tell you that you are wrong when they lie. Everyone is nice and accommodating when you come in, it was quick and easy to get a loan, but after is when you will have issues with some of the staff.
