Room was spacious, bed comfortable, but our room smelled musty, the only reason for giving this hotel a 3 rather than a 4. Check-in easy, free parking, wi-fi, and breakfast. Motel is attached to a lounge and off-sale business. Easy to find from the main highway.

Don’t stay here. The entire hotel smells like a wet dog rolled on the carpet and then peed in it and then someone tried to clean it with industrial cleaner before leaving it damp for three years. The bedding and towels were stained and the lighting in the room and bathroom was dim. The room is definitely a place where you keep your shoes on and your suitcase zipped and stored in the bathtub. Breakfast is a couple of loaves of stale bread and a juice machine. Do yourself a favour and keep driving, don’t stay here.

Absolutely horrendous customer service in both hotel and bar facilities. Extremely disgraceful and unsanitary. Rude staff in bar and off sale, outdated in bar.Management is extremely disrespectful and rude and absolutely without a doubt the biggest disappointment of the whole building.Needs to be torn down, pricing in every area is over rated and over priced for the actual amenities.Management very unkind, very disrespectful and extremely disgraceful and poor in services of the hospitality industry.Banned for asking for managements contact details for leaving a complaint for treatment and unorganization of rooms and occupied rooms after being shown an occupied room before purchasing in the middle of the night, and being yelled at by staff for requesting for management due to disrespectfulness of bar and front desk clerk.Absolutely hideous beyond any other hotel or bar service ever experienced before.Hotel needs to consider new management, especially, and also train their staff on what customer service requires and is expected in the hospitality industry.Extremely dissatisfied and appauled by the knowing of how management and customer service and proper treatment just as a normal human should have been provided.

I had read the reviews and I was frankly afraid to stay there but we stayed there for two nights and it snowed and we found the room very warm and acceptable it was clean the bathrooms were clean the towels were clean the TV worked the shower worked we found nothing wrong with this hotel and I recommend it . We were attending a dart tournament. The shopping was great and found bargains. The sheets were very clean and not stained as others reported. The breakfast was very adequate coffee cereal toast jams juice lots of milk for cereal yogurt and hard boiled eggs in fridge. What more do you need?

A decent nights stay, but definitely needs updating. There was no smoke alarm in our room, and the plug-in I was going to use to charge my phone looked like it had been melted, so I had to use another one.

Basic hotel, clean, Helpful friendly reception staff person when we checked inn.Restaurant was closed, supposed to open within a week or two. Soundproofing could be better. If passing this way again will probably stay here again.

We got 2 rooms, as we had my father in law with usHis room smelled like very strong pot, they lady sprayed mango airfresherWe did get him a new room.Hallways are very dirty, our room smelledThe floor was rotting out, under the carpet, everytime you walked over it, you would sink a little.Beds were comfy, that was the only positiveAnd staff were friendly

For the 20 days that I stayed here my room never got cleaned once for 100 bucks a night you would think they would clean your room more often. Brand new hotels ask for the same price but you get a quarter of what u would grt there. Only good thing to say about this place is the wifi and the comfy beds with stains on my sheets. Kinda sad
