The guys at Driven Cars were awesome. I went in with intentions of looking at vehicles I wasn't even sure I really wanted, but they were within my budget to buy outright. I was not sure I'd qualify for a loan die to my credit. The guys recognized I was not going to be happy with my choices and recognized I was more of a truck person. They also worked really hard to get me qualified for a loan and into the right vehicle. They made sure the truck was safetied and fixed before I took it. I also ran into small issues before I had to leave the province and they fixed that too. They were super inviting, friendly and being at the shop felt like I was hanging out with friends. Not only did they get me into a truck, we also went online to compare the same vehicles elsewhere in price so that things were fair. No complaints.

I had an excellent experience dealing with Jim, Sam and Lee at Driven on Henderson Highway when I recently purchased my vehicle February 1, 2023. From the first minute we walked in the door I was made to feel like number 1 even when there were other customers shopping as well. The knowledge Jim had about vehicles on the lot and cars he had already sold was impressive. Sam, worked the numbers and was able to make my purchase happen. Lee was knowledgeable and engaging as well. I sent my sister there and she is also happy with her new purchase. I would highly recommend you visit these three if you are looking for a new ride. There is no better place to buy a used car. The only reason I decided to shop here was because of the outstanding Google reviews, and they really live up to what everyone has said!We bought a car here a few weeks ago and the whole buying experience was exceptional. After seeing the car I wanted on their website, I went in and told them what I wanted. The salesperson Jim didn't try to push us into anything else and went over all the details of the car and ran my information to get me approved. The finance manager Sam was also very personable and provided great customer service. After finding a minor issue with the passenger mirror, the team here was quick to ensure I could bring it in anytime to have it repaired.

We spent several weeks going from one dealership to another looking for a car for our daughter but we should have saved ourselves the trouble by going straight to Driven Cars on Henderson Hwy.We had a fantastic experience there.We had a car in mind, based on what we saw online. As our daughter had to work and couldn't be there to test drive it, Jim offered to bring the car to her, across town. As it was, they stayed late to accommodate her work schedule.There was no pressure, no hard sell. They just presented a quality product. There were a couple of cracked hub caps so they've ordered new ones and will be replaced. The paperwork was ready to go by Sam, the finance manager. He walked us through the process. Easy.Based on the excellent previous Google reviews, it was no surprise that the customer service we received was exceptional.I highly recommend going to Driven Cars on Henderson to get your next car. You won't be disappointed.

Our vehicle was stolen 2 days before Christmas. As we started our search to replace what we lost, we were concerned about being taken advantage of as buyers. Sam’s help at Driven Cars Canada was HUGE in helping us find a vehicle. He was kind, patient and helped us find the vehicle that was right for us. He made our whole car buying experience easy and stress free. We visited other dealerships when car hunting as well. Places like Maserati and Mini of Winnipeg lied about stock, prices and were just overall greasy and disrespectful of us as customers. It made the decision to return to Driven Cars easy. We went back to Sam and have not regretted our decision. Even after purchasing the car, they have shown concern and care for their vehicles and have helped us with a number of questions even after sale. If you need a trustworthy place to purchase a new used vehicle, you can’t go wrong with this place. I had my reservations too, but they made a believer out of us. Definitely recommend.

I cannot thank Jim and Sameer enough for all the help they provided! My 2003 PT Cruiser was giving out bad and I needed a car as of “today”, they quickly helped find me the right car, the right price and at the right time. They stayed in contact throughout the whole process and made it very easy. I know I was more so in a panic mode due to my commute to and from work but with their calmness and ability to help get the financing approved within days really did make my week. My husband and I recently decided to sell one of our vehicles. We were impressed after speaking to/meeting with Sam and Lee due to their friendly, respectful and professional demeanour and fair negotiating.
