Recently visited Kiaro, little Gem in Port Moody, Great selection and knowledgeable staff.Picked up some High Quadz.

Went into the store on Feb 21/23 just before noon. One customer was waiting for his order. One staff member (guy) was behind the counter, and another had just arrived. (Girl) I was trying to look for something on the computer for several minutes. Neither employee asked me if I wanted some assistance. The girl would not make eye contact with me, but rather, leaned against the cabinet and basically went into a trance. Then I noticed that she went over to the counter, where the guy was standing behind, and she started whispering to him. In frustration, I left as I couldn't find my way around the computer. I started to leave and commented that there was no help at this store. As I was pulling away, I glanced back, and the guy had the audacity to wave at me. This is Kairo? Who manages that place? You would think that, at the very least, you would see some mature staff, and not kids just hanging out, cashing in. This is not the first time, but it will be the last except for one last effort to purchase my item with the promised 25% off. There are many other stores to choose from. I'm sure they will be happy to help.Was in the store on August 19, 2022. I was quite surprised that to get any sort of deal, you now have to stop by during Happy Hour." I’ve been a regular customer here for 2 years now and I’ve never left Kiaro disappointed or unsatisfied. The store is always clean and well presented, and the staff attentive and welcoming. I’m always impressed with the quality of the products here. The computer screens are very user friendly and make the whole process quick and efficient.I always have an incredible experience here, and that mostly has to do with Taylor. Her passion for the industry is infectious and her knowledge is extensive. It’s evident she is proficient and committed to providing a comfortable and valuable experience. Taylor’s ability to adapt to your needs and provide educated feedback is exceptional. I always trust her recommendations and it’s never let me down. Her positive attitude and our good conversations always brightens my day. Taylor goes above and beyond for the customer and is truly an asset to the dispensary.I can’t recommend Port Moody Kiaro enough, and if you’re lucky, you’ll have Taylor as your budtender.

Good selection good prices and great customer service. Staff is a bit Gen Z but they do a great job and always helpful. Been coming here for a year now.
