If there is zero star is available, they don't deserve any. We made appointments online for 2:05 pm and arrived at 2:00pm and still waiting. What's the use of having an appointment schedule when they don't honour it. The system is bad, the attitude is bad, I am not sure what this place is. The morgue is better.

even with an appointment, they are routinely 1hour behind. The staff is trying their best to keep up and it evidently is not a great environment to work in. Management needs to look into improvements.

I have never felt so violated and unsafe at a life labs my entire life. After my experience I would please caution DO NOT bring you or your loved ones to this life lab location. The staff is very disrespectful and entirely incompetent. I experienced 2 lady staff belittling and disrespecting people who would walk into the lab late or with out an appointment. I wouldn't trust them to take or handle anyone's blood. They need to be re trained or have their health care license revoked.I most indefinitely will not be returning to this location. Health and safety should be life labs #1 priority.IF YOU HAD A PROBLEM AT THIS LOCATION PLEASE REPORT IT TO LIFE LABS.

This is truly a horrible LifeLabs location. Some staff are incredibly rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. I asked for a test kit before my appointment next day such that I can bring back the test sample at the appointment along with doing other tests on site. Before visiting, I already called LifeLabs customer service to confirm asking test kits with requisition is a reasonable request. They refuse giving out test kits and quoted they don’t want to do “any extra work”, they don’t want to “use the computer system”, along with needlessly impatient insults at me. They don’t look at you in the face while they verbally abuse you. They don’t know Lifelabs standard procedures, mess it up, and condescendingly claim that not providing service is “their procedure”. Even if you present yourself in the most respectful manner, they will find ways to verbally insult you as if they are waiting all day for someone to pick on. Their manners are so low. They have no shame.

I stood in the wait line for several minutes before being acknowledged despite there only being 1 person in the waiting area. The woman at reception was then polite, took my paperwork, and directed me to a room. The phlebotomist was curt, cold, and left as soon as she told me to hold pressure on the bandage for a minute before getting up. As I was getting up and picking up my things a man tried to walk into my small cubby saying they had directed him to. It's a good thing I don't have a problem with blood collections or that poor man would have been the one to discover me.I think I'll wait in line at a different lab before I go back there. The speed was not worth the treatment.

I do not recommend this place.They were an hour and a half behind, and they forgot me, which likely ruined my test (breath test, was meant to be a half hour between tests but they forgot I was there).What's the point of booking an appointment if it's no better than a walk-in?And yeah, it turns out my test is worthless and I need to redo it.My advice to you: avoid this place. It's understaffed and overworked.

They were incredibly helpful! Had a great experience here. They made an exception for me and gave me the sample containers I needed urgently even tho I didn't have an appointment. Such a favor for us and it is appreciated

They only accept by appointment while appointments means absolutely nothing to them! Everytime I go there I have to wait for at least 1.5 hours to be called . Why do you have an appointment system when you can’t oblige? People make appointments for a reason, they have jobs or other things to get back to!I do not recommend this place.

Absolutely garbage service! I Walk in 7:30am to pick up standard out-patient fit test for BC Cancer Colon Screening Program form I received in mail. Not a person in line , the lady was rude said I had to book appointment to pick up the kit! In my opinion this completely unacceptable customer service. It’s extremely small package. So now I have spend time online find a Life Labs were I can walk in pick up a kit or book appointment. Dear Life Labs I do have a Life . Not sure if they greased the health care system being the only company , but in my humble opinion there needs to other companies providing similar services. 1 star is generous. Presently in hold for 32mins waiting to talk someone .

The staff are professional but their schedules are always delay. Even though I booked online in advance, or booked for the first appointment of the day, they still never on time. (So I guess this isn’t because the patients came late so other appointments were push delay. It’s the lab themselves). Please expect to wait after your appointment time around 30 mins to get called.
