Shout out to Ashley for exceptional customer service. My dog was well taken care of. Very knowledgeable and helped find a great food for ruby. My dog also had an accident in the store and she was so kind about it, brought me a bag and the trash can. Once again thank you for great service!!!

Good staff, super friendly. A little on the pricey side for bones. Their selection for dog harrnesses were okay but they didn't carry a medium size. So I ended up having to order it online. Dog washing station is a good idea, have not taken my dog in yet but have been meaning to use it. They also have good decent discount days through out the week. All in all thay are pretty good.

The best pet store in Fort hands down. I will drive all the way across town just to go to them, passing three pet stores on the way. The ladies are ALWAYS extremely pleasant, kind and helpful. They are knowledgeable on their products and the store has the best variety of things.

This is a great little pet supply store. Renzo and I went in looking for some bully sticks since they are Renzo’s favorite!!! Talking to the two girls that worked there was so helpful. We decided to try the collagen chew sticks because they don’t an odor. Renzo from Texas was a happy dog! Thank you so much for your help!!!

This is a great Pet Store!! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They have options for healthy, natural treats. The Pet Food is also such good quality. Highly recommend this Store!
