good service but i ALWAYS get dry backwoods.... dont like throwing 17$ in the trash . Doesn't happen in Longueil store , not sure what is done differently over there.

Had a great experience today! Only met the manager there, great guy, great knowledge and honest guy. Super friendly atmosphere even got to speak with another customer. Great collection, fair prices, very clean and awesome looking store and great service! Stop by just to check it out, they even have a lot of really cool items you wouldn't expect.

Polite and knowledgeable staff that will spend as much time with you as necessary. Even for relatively minor purchases the staff has gone to great lengths to describe the product as accurately and fairly as possible.Highly recommend the shop, by far the best on the South Shore especially in terms of customer service.They also tend to be more competitive in terms of pricing which is also a huge plus.If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Good staff, great selection but prices are a rip off at least for the storks and bickel accessoriesDosing capsules for the volcano/mighty/crafty are sold 20$ for a 40 pack online but they sell those 40$ for the same pack, i can understand making a profit but selling twice the price as competition makes no sense at allBe sure to double check your prices if you go there

Gotta say if ever you go to this store and Bob is serving you you'll definitely have the best service. Real nice and will help you get exactly what you need! I've always been a regular and don't plan on changing that.

Bob (the manager) and Stuart were absolutely excellent in their care of my fiancé and I. Took the time to ask us questions about the way we do that 420 thang we do - and then suggested us plenty of products to choose from. These two guys are awesome - kinda wanna pass the peace pipe around with ‘em truthfully. Couldn’t recommend more honestly - great guys, great products, will be visiting again for sure.
