Very poor customer service from a poorly educated rude receptionist !!!Today, December 2, 2021, my wife had an appointment with Dr Hassan, we arrived 5 minutes before the appointment, the receptionist asked my wife to wait outside! after a 30 minute waiting, we decided to leave.After we received a phone call from the receptionist to tell us that we can go back to see the doctor, I replied that it is not professional to let a client wait 30 minutes outside without any excuse, while I am speaking and expressing myself, she cut the line !!!After more than a year that I and my family are clients at this clinic, we have decided to go elsewhere, I have no problem with Dr Hassan.hope you solve this problem asap, otherwise you will lose more customers.

Not very professional. While the doctor himself is thorough, he brings in random students (twice) that he calls future doctors and they attend the consulting session/appointment with him. However these are probably just university/college students and not even medical students are they are clueless in anything related to medicine or my simple condition that I was being seen for. Further, if they are a teaching clinic, they must indicate so to let the patients know, but they do not have signage or anything saying such. My appointment was nothing major or with overly sensitive information, so I didn't care about it. But after the fact I thought actually that's very unprofessional of them.

My wife and I have been visiting the Live Well Clinic for over 20 years. Always have had the best professional responses from the doctors there. The receptionists are very friendly and the wait times are not long when an appointment time is arranged. Won't go anywhere else!

*Update:the office manager called me right away and explained to me that the receptionist was still in training and she will handle the situation. She was very professional and made me feel more comforted in the search of a good family doctor during my pregnancy. She booked an appointment for me and my husband to meet the doctor and made the process more welcoming which was great! excited to build a relationship with this clinic ☺️I called to see if they had a doctor that would accept me as a new patient as I am 5 months pregnant and need a family doctor. The receptionist answered the phone with a hard “hello”. It started out pretty rude and strange to have someone start a conversation like that and not very welcoming. She just told me to register online and they will call me back. I found my initial impression of the clinic to not be very friendly especially being pregnant and wanting to find the right family doctor.I will be registering and hopefully my impression of the clinic will change soon when I meet the doctor.

I visited here in 2020 when they were accepting new patients. I asked for a family doctor they recommended me Dr. Hassan who was accepting new patients. I visited to see Dr. Hassan. Now, I need to see family doctor. I called in clinic and they said he is not your family doctor because you didn’t do any paper work. How do I know that there is a paper work for a family doctor unless you give me paper to fill the information. I have to give 1 star to post my review however, they don’t deserve even 1 star.

I have been Dr.Dhingra’s Patient for 6 yers. He is a very professional, knowledgable, nice, and caring doctor. I always had good relationship with the receptionists too but recently I find its been almost impossible to make a reservation to see my doctor. The front desk is extremely rude and impatient, they put you on hold immediately and forget to answer. Every time you call it takes an hour to make an appointment, which they never give you. My daughter was sick so I booked an appointment, I waited for the call on the day but never received a call, I called them and they said that the appointment was never booked. She hung up and blocked my phone number after I asked what happened to my appointment.

We booked our Rapid Antigen Test for travel to the US at the Ackroyd Road location. Our test was seamless, the staff were very friendly and efficient. The service was excellent. All of our questions were answered. Will definitely go back for testing if required for future travel. I would highly recommend Live Well Medical Clinic.

My sister and I went to Live Well Medical Center to do Covid tests for travel (including PCR and Rapid Antigen), the results have been released very quickly, they are very efficient and the results were always on time! And their services were awesome, they answered our questions patiently and Dr. Dodd was not only knowledgeable but also very kind and sympathetic. For me, Live Well is the best medical center in Vancouver, if I need any other medical services in the future, I will definitely find Live Well again, I will also recommend Live Well to all my friends!!

I spoke to the receptionist Charity on the phone and never in my life have I come across such a rude and belittling individual. I was berated on a phone call for 5 minutes straight and was told I was “never a patient at the clinic” despite having Dr.Dodd as my family doctor for the past 10 years. For some background, Dr.Dodd dropped me as a patient during the pandemic and it has been incredibly difficult to find a new family doctor as there is a physician shortage across Canada. I simply asked for a prescription refill, instead I was met with Charity who yelled at me on the phone and told me “I had listening problems,” and then claimed that she “had no record of me as a patient at this clinic.” I understand that the doctors are busy with patients during this time and I was more than willing to go to a different clinic to fill my prescription. I just think Charity should work towards learning to treat people with kindness. Honestly I am still shaken from this experience, I have never been spoken to in such a dismissive and negative manner. I hope this feedback helps the office towards hiring more understanding receptionists in the future.

Doctors are pros and very helpful and easy to talk to. The reason I for not giving 5 stars is because of one unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist they have at the clinic. I was even called by her to pay for an appointment that I had already paid for privately and when this was explained to her, she basically just hung up the phone without even an apology for the inconvenience caused, not to mention that my payment was on file and on record.
