I have got a latte here which was ok.Staff were well-behaved. However, some tables were dirty.

Always a good location.However, I don’t think the washrooms have been cleaned in days. Garbage full. Sink plugged and gross. Etc etc. They would not pass a health inspection. Tim Hortons franchises must do much better.

Great location. First time I came here the cashier made my sandwich with the glove she has been using for the cash. I told her and she changed it made it over. Came back today 11/02/23 at 2:52pm. Ordered a small latte. Man took my order. 3 ladies in the back were chatting up a storm leaning on the counter to the back. The one who made my latte was laughing over my drink and chatting to the other ladies. I took it but didn't drink it. Didn't want to embarrass her so I guess I donated $2.10 to Timmy's. I will return however if someone speaks over my food or use a dirty glove I will be saying something. Spitty latte. I will be taking it back after my shift ends.

A great location for a 24-hour Tim Hortons... The staff are really friendly and cater to you within a few seconds..The murals on the wall are eye-catching and are a great addition to the decor of the coffee house.They do have a wall that sells the Tim Hortons merchandise, ranging from ceramic mugs to ground coffee and a few other Tims branded accessories.

Had a whole dozen donuts delivered from Uber not one donut was right. The whole order was completely wrong when I tried to phone Tim Hortons you get a voicemail all night. Thanks for the rip off.

I used the app to order food on June 22 and chose to pick it up NOW. I waited in the store for about 15 minutes, and I asked the staff twice, and the answer was that the meal was already being prepared, please wait. But in this 15 minutes, the customer who ordered at the counter (same food as me) has been received and left. I continued to wait foolishly. Not even an apology at the end. This is the closest tims to me, but I can't bear to be ignored. If the store is busy, I can wait, but not in this way of being skipped all the time, and even the staff doesn't think it's wrong.

This is a new review a year laterNot sure if it’s still the same or has gotten worse. Probably worse.Food - semi fresh / Service - Slow / Atmosphere- slowly getting better with community outreach people here.They finish breakfast sooner than advertised, they never have chilli after 3pm yet their open until midnight and don’t make anymore.Any items that they can make in the back always seem to be lacking, with the amount of staff wandering around it’s easy to tell this location counties to be poorly managed.The Tim Hortons at steels or sheppard always have fresh selection and are never lacking.

Good customer service. They get your food fast, and they place it upfront. Nothing much in particular is different than the other Tim Hortons. Sometimes, they refuse to give you special donuts when you order the 12 or 6-box size. Lovely place to go with family.
