Never showed up for scheduled tow. Didn’t even call to say they couldn’t make it.

They still have my car in the impound ....but regardless of that the crew is the best I've ever dealt with ...the man sal is solid as they get he is definitely the go to guy don't matter what time it is he is always there when you need him I'd give them more stars if I could.....oh and the price is for there service is probably the best within 200 kms in any direction

They smashed up our car on March 10th and have been ignoring every effort to get it fixed. These companies have insurance for things like this, but they will not answer phone calls and keep telling us the owner isn't available and it's really busy. DO NOT USE THIS YOW COMPANY.

These guys are basically holding our truck hostage it was impounded and was able to get it out yesterday but they won't take our money and said that they decided there going to be closed till Monday so will have to wait till then. Biggest scumbags in this town I'd like to have a private chat with them in a dark alley

If I could give them zero stars I would. Do yourself a favour and deal with their competitors.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER using this place to tow your vehicle, and if you do make sure you take a picture of your vehicle before you let their employees touch it.My son's camper was in perfect shape when they picked it up but when they dropped it off at a tire store one of the camper jacks was practically torn off.At first the girl at the counter told us the boss said they'd acceptall responsibility and pay for the repairs, a day later he changed his mind and since we had no pics showing the camper before they damaged it my son ended up having to pay for the repairs.Stay away from Downtown Towing (AKA Cariboo Towing)!!!
