Called and left a message twice, no reply.Emailed twice, no reply.Wife was treated like lower class citizen due to her fear of dentists. The pressure she was exposed to for having procedures done without proper sedation clearly showed a lack of professionalism.Nope! They are not getting any “Good” reviews from me.

I booked an appointment through the site marked as urgent. We didn't get a callback for a week. The communication clearly stated that my wife had an abscess tooth that required removal! The appointment set was a consult, and furthermore the doctor booked at the time could not remove the tooth due to nerve damage. Not his fault I know, but get real, logic would tell me that close to a month to NOT deal with an abscess tooth is not okay. Today we received a phone call to confirm ANOTHER consult booked for the 31st... We've approached a different dentist that has kindly gotten my wife in for this Thursday to have it removed!!

From the first day I started working here (10 years ago), i have enjoyed every day of work. The patients are the best, kindest people and its always nice to catch up with them each time they come in. Its also nice to go through the journey with our implant patients and see the big smile at the end.

From the moment you walk into the clinic and talk with the staff at the front desk to sitting/lying in the dental chair for work - you know you are in good and caring hands. Spent $17,000.00 on dentures over dental implants and they all failed. Made several visits for repairs and can't eat most foods. My quality of life is terrible and embarrassing. My life's biggest regrets is not getting regular dentures instead.
