My husband and I went to this dealership in hopes of my husband purchasing his dream car. Alain and Mike were exceptional and went above and beyond to help my husband out. Thank you Alain for helping us out especially. Now the only reason for the 4 stars is because when we picked up the car, the interior was not cleaned well or even at all and we were charged a fuel fee however we were only given half a tank instead of a full tank. Having worked at a car dealership before I thought it was common for dealerships to put a full tank of gas on delivery day new or used. I guess this was not the case, but what is the fuel fee? This was also not clarified. Again service was great, just a couple things I wish were different.Thank you again to Alain and Mike!!

Very satisfied with the purchase of m4. Would like to say thank you to Mike for making this process easy and efficient. He was friendly, patient, provided great service and went above and beyond. The only problem I had was that the sun visor mirror (not sure if this is right thing to call it) was shattered in the passenger seat but Mike was helpful looking to have this fix immediately. Other than that Mike did a fantastic job and I highly recommend him.

I have to say, I was blown away at the attention to detail in getting the c63s perfect and ready for delivery.
