Been coming here for over 25 years. Seen many staff changes, many retirements and recruitments. What has not changed is the product selection and availability. Sometimes difficult to find someone to attend to you as it seems everyone does everything. If they don’t have it they will find it and bring it in. While they are brand specific, you can find everything you need electrically here, from the weekend warrior to the huge corporate conglomerate.

They have a great website that makes purchasing very easy. They seem to have a lot in stock and what they don't have they get in very quickly just to fill your order. They have a large selection with trusted brands. It is not the kind of place you are going to find sale prices at but you are going to find the parts you need and get them fast! The sales team are very helpful and knowledgeable.

When I knocked because it’s locked the employee inside points at the signs on the door then continues what he’s doing. Behind that door is the sanitizer station which shows me it’s the correct entrance. I was at the MAIN entrance and none of the signs on the door apply to me since I need toHe’s not willing to help me figure out what’s going on then I’ll just go elsewhere. As a tradesman that spends tens of thousands at a business I expect a short conversation which would take 10 seconds out of his day to resolve my confusion. Gescan lost my business permanently today.While I’m sitting here writing this I notice another tradesman standing in front of the door confused when no one comes up and helps them because again, the signs don’t apply to all of us. Thankfully he got back In his truck and left just like I did.

Very bad service! I do have account with them and i asked them if I can return the product if doesn't fit. The sales said you can always return. They still charge 20% stock fees after I return on 2nd day! Nothing even shows on the receipt or told by the sales! Never going back again!
