CIBC Branch with ATM

If you are closed this Sunday.. do not put out the sign ...and put something (maybe the hours of operation) on your answering service. I have seen 8 people walk up to your doors in 5 mins... everyone disappointed even it was so easily avoidable. I called 3 times before I left today and nothing in your answering service eluded to you being closed. My Hope's were high when I was the sign . Only to be crushed like everyone else walking up to the doors

On workdays no one answered the phone and there was no information to tell people if it was open that day. Unless you go there and check their notice on the door, you will be disappointed.For people who want to go here recently:Today is Dec 28 2022, the notice said Closed due to the power outage"

Huge lineup and one teller working. Apparently the other teller was on lunch. 3 other employees sitting at desks chatting and playing on their phones. Took me 56 minutes to make a business deposit.

Didn't answer the phone during business hours. This is rude and unacceptable. I feel this temperment with this bank in general in my 7 years of being a client with them. I'm nearly ready to change banks over the consistantly poor customer service. I had to call 3 branches a total of 5 times before i could get someone to answer the phone to simply set an appointment.

I really appreciate the service provide in this branch . They have never failed me. last week Neha Hunadhikatti was exeptionally good in helping me to solve my problem. Efficient, Patient. Professional. Good Listening skill and communication skill. Would not hesitate to recommend this branch to anybody!

This has to be the worst CIBC ever. I have banked for CIBC for years and so has my family. I've never once gotten good service from them. I'm in the process of switching my bank over. The person I got my mortgage from initially takes ages to respond when I have a question. She gave me a terrible interest rate and promised me a cash back but I never got it, and it was impossible to get a hold of her after. 2 years later I walked into this branch to refinance my mortgage.. Guess what. Took 1.5 Months for me to get a hold of them to even get an update. I tried to call, no one at this branch picks up. Is that the normal processing time? Finally when I got a hold of her at the branch she said sorry it took so long it was complicated" WELL atleast Update me with what's going on. Just for them to tell me it won't work. Beyond that

Poor bank with poor staff, people working here don’t know how to park their car legally! A couple of times saw some cibc staff walking out from the cibc during work off hours and got on the car parked in those residential reserved parking and leave. Feel sad to those residents in city of lougheed and those cibc customer serving by these poor people.

Clean, new everything, not busy for ATMs.
