I was looking to change the carpet in our stairwell, and since it was the only carpeted area of the house I wanted to make sure it was visibly pleasing but also comfortable to walk on. It sure was the best decision to head over to this store and speak with somebody about my needs, because I wasn't disappointed!A gentleman named Jacob helped me from start to finish. He understood the scope of work and provided me quality options. The turnaround time from purchase to install was quick as well!Aside from being more than satisfied with the quality of the carpet, padding, and installation, I was even more impressed by the level of service received by Jacob and his staff. They're clearly experienced and understand the importance of a quality customer service interaction. I would definitely recommend this location for your flooring needs, and I plan on returning in the future for other projects as well!

We bought a remnant for our staircase and couldn’t be happier. The carpet is beautiful and the installation team was really clean and efficient. We even had enough leftover for a rug. Very happy customer.
