Great service. Had 2 cupboard doors made, great match and quick. Definitely recommend.

Order completed ahead of time and to the specification. good quality with reasonable price.We needed custom cabinet doors for my bay-window bench. When building the bench, I did some serious research and found out that lot of benches are made around smaller kitchen cabinets (top of the stove or the fridge) this it not work for us as height of the Windows etc. So we consulted Rona and they referred us to Multiwood as Rona does not do custom and will take too long. We took the existing cabinet doors to Multiwood, they said can reproduce it to any size and specs, got initial quote before finalizing the exact size. They did an awesome job, however they could have exceeded even more if they realized that I am a newbie and mentioned that adding hinges will reduce the size by once inch :( as I did not compensate for it ... but still not bad as I can add more 1 of wood to adjust ... I have to remember that for next time. Multiwood ... Good Products .... Reasonable prices and on Time ..."

Apparently the samples they have in the showroom don't represent what you're buying.They show you primed samples thinking that's what you're paying for, only to find out when you pick them up, you need to go pay someone else to prime them.

Multiwood is a great company to deal with we do custom kitchens and we have had 0 issues in 5 kitchens. they make our doors and we buy all the components and hardware from them.

We ordered custom doors, drawer fronts and drawers from Multiwood for our kitchen project and had a great experience. Sizes all came back perfect, and raw wood took stain uniformly. Prices were reasonable.

Although this company claims to be a retail store they really have no interest in dealing with the public. They prefer to deal with contractors, as I was told three times by the same person when I contacted them looking for some assistance with a kitchen renovation I was planning. I will continue my search for somewhere that is interested in my money.

I think I need a couple hours to calm down after my super brief experience here.I own a granite company so measurements and building isn’t a new practise for me, I just needed a little help gathering samples & quotes for a vanity project; I felt stupid walking out of there today… I’ll never walk back in there again after that experience.The ladies at the desk, wonderful.The one guy…. On the other hand. Holy hana….I’ll just take my stupid self somewhere else thanks.

This is a top notch operation with a very organized and efficient shop area.

Multiwood has been in business with Martin’s Custom Finishing Ltd for many years providing us with custom cabinet fronts, components, Mouldings and many other custom pieces. They have amazing service and are very professional! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and work hard to get every detail right. They also have the best delivery guys in the city! I’m always amazed how they will do anything to get the job done and with a great attitude!

Incompetent!Since they are listed as a Ferrari hinge distributer I phoned in and asked about soft close attachments for my in-laws cabinets. I then sent a very clear picture of the hinges to be sure they did indeed have suitable attachments. I also asked if there was anything I could do to help them identify them correctly. The photo I was told would be adequate. Having installed and repaired cabinets myself I assumed this would be a simple task for a company that deals in this business daily.After repeatedly explaining that I already have the hinges, (sending a picture of them didn't seem to explain this on it's own) they decided they had the correct attachment and agreed to ship them to me, although they were unsure what shipping would be. I agreed and paid.The attachments arrived and naturally were not compatible. I shipped them back under the understanding there would be no restocking fee as this was obviously not my mistake. Upon receiving them back they again tried to charge me restocking, after I generously paid to ship them back in the first place! Then they called yet again to explain that they in fact had failed to charge me properly for shipping them the first time!If you must deal with this company go in person, and know exactly what you need ahead of time as they clearly have very little understanding of their product.
