I recently had a pre-inspection done on my house prior to sale. Pierre was very thorough and professional during this entire process. I can't say enough good things about Pierre at Silhouette Building Inspections. From the beginning he was extremely responsive and easily contactable. He completed an incredibly thorough building inspection for a house my SO and I bought in Victoria. The inspection was so thorough that we were able to use it to get a significant amount of money as 'cash back' upon closing. My father who flips houses for a living said it was the best inspection report he has seen to date. Pierre was happy to speak with him on the phone in depth and discuss possible plans of action for updates that were needed. We will DEFINITELY be using this company again!!!

His thoroughness saved us A LOT of money on a recent house purchase as he highlighted and uncovered issues that might otherwise have been overlooked. Pierre did an outstanding job with our home inspection. He was very thorough and found issues that would have otherwise been overlooked. As a result, the report enabled us to better negotiate the purchase price, making the inspection a very good investment. After the inspection was completed, Pierre spend the better part of an hour looking over every page of the report and to answer all my questions. I definitely recommend using his services.
