Here's what I don't like about this area. It's jammed. Limited green scenery. Just feels crowded. There were still a lot of construction work happenig when I visited. That was the main reason I didn't buy there. House prices are over rated in my opinion, but that's just the case in Hamilton nowadays.

One of the best developed communities we have ever lived in. The builder (Multi-Area Homes - Aldo Desantis), is top notch. Our custom home was completed to our satisfaction and the community is growing at an acceptable pace with a good selection of retail, food, building, banking and grocery outlets to choose from. Lots of playground space, walking paths and schools to choose. This is certainly a desirable location for our family.

It was a fantastic experience. Mario is the best sales professional that I have ever dealt with. Joanne was so great on closing details. The house was finished well with no real issues. I would repeat this experience again.

We are currently building in Summit Park with Bellagio and it is the best experience. You hear horror stories about building your first home but everything has been so great!

The park has a lot of space to enjoy. I went there to take kids for soccer. I was also able to walk around the fields on the track.
