A huge thank you to Neal and Sean for such fast friendly and great service! My garage door was completely stuck open & wouldn’t close. I called Neal and Sean was out within half an hour and got it closed & back first thing the next morning with the equipment to fix it. He also left us with some brochures for options for a new one which was great. Thank you both for such great service, I would highly recommend!

Trust me when I say you should not look anywhere else for your garage door install! They treated me incredibly well when I called in panic because my current (builder) door fell off. The receptionist was amazing, I was able to get a same day, on site quote and the installer was a gem. Not only was the customer experience above and beyond, they also were by far the lowest quote, and with the fastest install time.11/10 would highly recommend!Thank you JD Doors!

I ordered my door last November and JD said no problem to store it if it came in early. They were good to their word; it arrived early and I needed the extra time. Jen was great scheduling the serviceSerge arrived on time with the new door and spent a considerable amount of time setting it up perfectly. There was an issue with the clearance because of the drop ceiling in the garage and also a manufactured beam that had been missed on the initial measure. Serge used something called a Super Sneaky to get the door to work properly. Unfortunately the old garage door opener couldn't be installed without the chain rail hitting the manufactured beam. I had a Chamberlain opener on standby which was to be installed the next day by a different company. Unfortunately it also had the same clearance issue so I was getting really frustrated. All of the issues had been a result of a missed measurement on the order.I talked with Tony (owner) and we had a conversation about the problem. He offered me a Liftmaster DC belt drive opener at a substantial savings which I truly appreciated given the frustration I was feeling. Tony and JD Doors truly stood up and made my installation work the way it should have from the get go.Special thanks to Shawn (tech) who analyzed the problem, and also installed the new Liftmaster opener. Shawn, Serge, and Tony are truly ambassadors of customer service and satisfaction.Bottom line? I would recommend JD Doors to anyone who needs a new install, replacement, or just service work.

When my garage door spring snapped I was concerned about the timeline to get it fixed and the cost. Thankfully I called JD Doors and they were able to come out first thing the following day! The installer was courteous, professional, and explained everything that needed to be fixed. The original installer when the house was built did a terrible job and the JD team went above and beyond to fix many mistakes left behind by the builders. The cost was very reasonable and my door went from sounding horrible to whisper silent. Thank you!

This place was great. One of our cables broke on our garage door. JD had someone out to repair it within a day of calling for an appointment. The repair cost what I was quoted without any attempt to up sell or BS. The tech completed the work quickly. Also he freed up some of the corroded rollers and lubricated all the moving parts. My door has not operated this well ever, not even when it was new. Quite happy with JD I will use them again.

Best place in Edmonton for your overhead door. We buy all our overhead doors for our portable buildings there.

We called three garage door companies before choosing JD doors.Two of the companies asked us measure our door and provide them with measurements.After waiting three or four days without a call back , we we called them back for our estimate.We called JD doors who were polite and seemed to want our business.JD doors called back right away to set a time and date for their customer representative to come by and measure.Their customer representative was very polite , respectful and had a lot of knowledge .The estimator explained to me that they make the doors right here in Edmonton.We were provided a quote the same day they measured which was lower than the other two.We are very happy with our garage doorThe whole process was like clock work.Thank you JD doors

The response time was unbelievably quick. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their work. The price was amazing, there was no sneaky attempt at upselling. Our doors were installed by JD Doors a few years ago. We recently noticed an issue with one of our doors and called them to help with service and the technicians were amazing. Both individuals who came to assess and then to service the doors were knowledgeable, and experienced, they explained what was happening so I understood the issues. Our door was also fixed within a few days of my initial call which was great because we couldn't use one of the doors so the quick service and turn around was much appreciated.

Great experience. I called to try and locate a part for an ancient Craftsman garage door opener. Cassandra was very helpful on the phone and though they didn't have the exact part I was looking for, they had something similar so I went down hoping that it would still work. Cassandra, Tony, really the whole staff were great. They took my old part and in short order were able to locate exactly what I needed. The price was also very reasonable. A class act from start to finish. Thanks guys.
