This pub was great for our family! The real deal for fish and chips and great at accommodating my allergies. Reasonably priced for a tourist town and great views of the marina.

Dirty water glass, dirty table with crumbs all over. waitress was super rude and made no eye contact at all. Garbage bags were carried through the main eating area. The bun on my burger was burnt on one side and mushy on the other. The patty was fairly well cooked. Nice view though. Overall, made me feel icky. And I’m not the one to usually make reviews, but I really want to steer away as many people as possible from this restaurant. Go to literally any other restaurant. We live here and there are plenty more restaurants that deserve people’s service.

I stopped by this pub for a snack, few beers and a game of darts and absolutely loved it! When I was sitting by the window I saw some wildlife as well and even got lucky to see a double rainbow! Absolutely stunning view. Not only was the restaurant and food good, the service was amazing. I was served by a lady with dreads and she was lovely. She was so friendly and kind. I felt so welcomed! Can’t wait to come back to this awesome spot

The chowder was good, the service was good and the view was great. It was one lady who was serving the whole place and she was great and friendly even though she was running around a lot.

Just moved here recently and have been trying all the restaurants around town, the Eagles Nest Is by far the WORST. Waitress needs a reality check, in past reviews it mentions that the waitress is having a bad day, well it seem she has a bad day everyday. People should be acknowledge and greeted with eye contact when they enter a restaurant no matter how bad the waitress day has been.Both glasses of water had some unpleasant food stuck on the glasses. And the food was below average. Location of restaurants is great but not worth the disgusting service and bad atmosphere.

Thank you Joe? and Norma for making the pub THE place to go ,We come to town for the summers but we stopped going there a few years back as the atmosphere was dreary and the pub needed some attention , some friends told us there was some renovations done and the food has been consistently good . we were extremely pleased with our meals the pub was packed for burger day and Joe our waitress was there with a snappy sense of humor and great service. She said there may some patio upgrading done soon. We will be back for sure to sit on the patios as its the BEST view in town. Good Job
