We had issues with birds going inside our vents. I called yesterday to inquire about their service. Right away they told me that they have an available time the next day for free assessment. To make the story short, they gave an excellent service. They are so good, on time and very professional. Andy and his teammate Damion (i hope i spelled it correctly) did an amazing job. They're very honest, they will not suggest services that you don't need just to mark up their fee. I will definitely recommend them to ky friends and family. This is for the first time I use their services and I am pleasantly surprised! Thoroughly impressive experience from sales personnel, Ben, to customer service reps, and finally with the team who arrived today to take care of multiple major issues at my home. Ben was a rare sales person who was not pushy or aggressive! Special shout-out to Hemi, Stephen, Chris and Scott for wonderful job they have done. Punctual, polite and professional group. Excellent knowledgeable crew and Hemi explained each charge and what all they did to take care of issue. The entire team also made sure if something which was earlier agreed upon is not needed then not to do it and not charge for it. Honesty was refreshing to say the least in this era of money grabbing companies especially when customer doesn’t really know what is best for him. They did amazing job and went beyond their job description to clean up bird poop from my awning and deck! I would highly recommend their services if you have any issues with bird, raccoon or skunk or any wildlife issues at your home or business.

I would recommend Skedaddle to anyone with a pest problem. My partner and I purchased our first house last week. On day 2, we discovered a pretty serious widespread mouse infestation. We called Skedaddle and had Harley onsite the next day for our free assessment and quote. He showed up on time, called 30 minutes prior to arriving and spend over 2 hours assessing our house inside and out. He went through the full quote with us and explained the extent of the problem. The team, led by Zack, was back two days later to execute the work. They spent about 8 hours sealing the house and setting 1 way doors throughout. Since the work was completed we have not seen any evidence of mouse activity or heard any scurrying in the walls. We would highly recommend the professional team at Skedaddle for pest removal work.

Oh my goodness, I can't say enough about Andy and Scott who came to get a squirrel out of my chimney! The removed two nests and capped the chimney so that this could never happen again. When they were about to leave I heard a squirrel crying in the fireplace. They immediately went to work to help the poor little guy. They moved my heavy woodstove insert and did everything they could to get him out, but he wouldn't have it, he was holding on for dear life to something. They used every tool in their bag, and finally coaxed him with their harness. I know that at one point the squirrel jumped right on Scotts chest! Way to go Scott and Andy, you can tell you really love your jobs! You are my go to guys for any future animal adventures"!"
