I had the opportunity to work alongside some of Ricoh's Print Technicians while operating a print production shop. Nick in particular was an extremely friendly technician and very helpful while troubleshooting print software issues and maintenance. Excellent customer service.

I am so impressed with the service that I receive from Ricoh. I inherited a printer from the previous owner and it's much more printer that we'll ever need, but it's been paid for so I keep it. Whenever there is an issue (which is not very often) I call for service and someone is here within a couple of hours and the issue is resolved. Ink is sent before I even need it and I'm basically never left without a printer, which is important for any business.Would highly recommend.
