Plaza Ford called to let me know my inspection was up (something I would have noticed a year later). And booked an appointment. I have always found the staff there to be very efficient and friendly. I dropped my car off and used their shuttle service to get back home. They called about some work that needed to be done - not cheap, but that’s the cost of vehicle upkeep. Shuttle picked me up when my car was ready. Overall very positive experience despite the lighter wallet.

Hat's off to Sheldon Hill and the sales team st Plaza Ford in Sydney.It is difficult to find a good clean reliable pre-owned vehicle these days, but Plaza put us at ease and came up with a great ride. No pressure, just respect and understanding.Highly recommend.

Not impressed with my last appointment which was scheduled for 1pm and finally got in at 1:20pm. An oil change and maintenance check which would be 1.5 hours approx. I was still sitting in the waiting room at approx 4:10pm by the time my vehicle was ready. I was tired and annoyed by this time plus you have a vending machine that does not take cards for currency. And only to be presented with a quote of 1694.00 plus to fix a axel seal thing and parts only cost 83.76 and shop supplies costing 35.00. Thank but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
