On my way to Kirkland Lake.I hit a curb at the Esso next door.The tire and rim was damaged. Managed to drive it over to their Service area.Explained that this was a company vehicle and usually use our fleet service for this type of issues.They were more then willing to assist. Even though their technicians were ready to leave for the day.My co workers van (Ford) had the same size tire as a spare.They took the spare off his truck. Straighten out the rim on my van (Dodge) and installed the tire.Thank you to all of your staff that assisted me. And got me back on the road.Outstanding Service!! Above and beyond.

If I could give 0 stars I wouldLiterally JUST had another issueMy husband called this morning to get our truck in, they asked if it was not the truck and keys that were left there, he said no that's not mine...she said ok bring it in for 130...it will have to sit there over night and we will look at it tomorrow...So we find a ride to follow to bring him backHe gets there and she's like no I can't look at your truck till next week now, so you can leave it here, and you don't get a rental even though it's your only vehicle cause we won't do the dyognostic on it till next week eitherSome customer service they have

Stopped in to see the service dept with out an appointment as I was on my way home and had an engine light come on. but with my previous negative experience from being a customer there 2 yrs ago with the previous owners I wasn’t hopeful .The New north way group changed my thought s about them as they all were very accommodating and helpful with the mechanics explaining every step . the positive attitude with the staff was second to none and made the experience a positive one… Thank You !

A bit disappointed with the business hours! I was looking to purchase a Jeep and to find out it would be impossible for me because of the business hours, you are only open 8-5 Monday-Friday which most people work and you are closed on weekends! At least be open on a Saturday so the people who work can come on a day off to purchase!

Worst service ever experienced. You guys took on a transmission job when you are not capable of doing such work. Thus causing 2 bill of around $300 for the lot I bought it from to pay off when no work was done. The secretary needs training and does not know what she is doing, she seems very lost, nor how to properly listen when booking an appointment for your customers.

I noticed a clunking noise on my Jeep this weekend and called Northway Thursday morning, they were able to fit me in the same day! Not only did they fix my vehicle, they also saw that it needed a software update and did it right away! The icing on the cake was that they even washed my vehicle, it was such a nice surprise!

I wanted to thank the whole crew at The New North Way Dealership for their continued help and assistance with my vehicle. I have visited the dealer regularly for maintenance over the past three years and have only had positive experiences. The staff are courteous, professional and always get back to you in a timely manner for quotes, estimates, parts or updates on whatever the task and project involves. The mechanics are well-versed and skilled at tackling many assignments - including maintenance, minor repairs and major mechanical issues. Two years ago I had to replace the engine in my Dodge Ram as it was non-salvageable and the team got the truck back on the road without any recurrent issues. No project too small or too great at The New North Way Dealership. Once again, thank you for your continued service. Highly recommended.

i have never had a better experience at a car dealership. the owner personally met and explained to me what was wrong with my truck. i was stranded, and the team at north-way went above and beyond to get me back on the road.

I normally don't write negative reviews however I felt obligated in this case in order to potentially save someone some time and money. Wrote an email asking how much it was to repair key fob. Got an answer saying $98. After they looked at the key and identified that contacts weren't working on the one key they mentioned they had to run some tests" on second key fob to see if it was still working. When we called to pick up the keys we asked how much the total was and they relied $155 and change
