Awful experience. Booked in June of 2020 for a summer install in 2021. Original date was estimated to be July. We did not hear anything at all in July so we called and spoke with Harold. He said we will be there in 2 weeks. He also informed us that he has noone to do concrete for him, and as per original contract this was included. He tells us 2 weeks before that we have no concrete and that might hold stuff up. I beg a local concrete guy to do it, most are booked put for months...I ask Harrold when he wants him booked for he tells me September second week. So I book the concrete guy even though Harold was supposed to dp this as per price and contract. Anyways they did not show up 2 weeks later. My wife called 4 Mondays in a row in Septmeber, they kept saying Monday. I called at the end of September and told him if he's not here digging by Friday we would like to get a refund and gp on our own way because I don't even think he was planning to do ours in 2021. He called me before Friday and insured me everything" was just sitting waiting to go. He came over Friday because they were just going to show up without even knowing where my pool was going exactly. He informed us the day of the dig that he did not have the buddy seat we had planned our pool and backyard around. Eventhough I still have 2 voice-mails from him earlier that week saying everything is just sitting waiting to go. This frustrated us as he was now 3 months late in a 6 month season

One of their trucks almost caused an accident heading into kincardine. If the people running this company make the same stupid decisions, I'll never use them for

Harold and his team have always done a good jobs looking after my pools. Their prices are usually better then most pool places in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them.
