Cheap everyday things people need

Employees were very disrespectful and made me feel very unwelcome in there story, avoid this store

Great shopping experience. Store is very neat and organized with a good selection of product. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fellow at the cashier was absolutely awesome. He was very polite, efficient and kind.

Great they have everything I need except for meat and produce!

Coreen, a cashier from Dollarama Village Ave was the worst and horrible person my mom and I ever met. She was ridiculously rude to us when we were trying to complain an overcharge and talked to us like we are the poorest people on earth! She does not know how to address concerns and properly communicate. She accused me and my mom for stealing the pan that we were complaining about saying that she saw my mom taking it out wherein fact she was not there when I fetched my mom directly inside of the store while she was paying for the items she bought. The manager of the store, Colleen, did not also even bother to apologize to us or meddle while her staff was shouting at us . This cashier has no manners and good conduct! SHE EMBARASSED US TO ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WERE AT THE STORE. The experience we had from that store was something horrendous! And when I brought it up to the customer service support via email, they would only wanted to give us $10.00 dollarama gift card as a token for what happened which WE DO NOT NEED AS WE ARE NOT AFTER THE MONEY. WE ARE AFTER FOR THESE PEOPLE TO LEARN FROM THEIR BEHAVIOURS ESPECIALLY THE CASHIER! If only I can give 0 stars, I will!

Typical Dollarama, nothing stands out about it. Reasonable size, clean. No concerns.
